Ryan Preece will make his 13th start of the 2018 season for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). For his 17th-career start with JGR in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), Preece will be behind the wheel of the No. 18 Rheem Toyota Camry. Preece started outside the top-10 in early April but was able to move through the field and record a fifth-place finish at TMS.

The Drive for the Cure 200 took place at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday September 29th at 3:00pm EST. Drivers were subject to a new track this week in the Charlotte Roval. Ryan Preece was able to adapt quickly, learning all 17 corners of the new layout. Preece would qualify his Rheem machine in the 10th position.

Following 26 races, the 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) playoffs begin on Friday night at Richmond Raceway. Seeded second heading into the first of seven races to crown a champion, Christopher Bell and his Rheem team will look to kick off their championship run on a high note. Bell will be making his third series start at the 0.75-mile track on Friday, after starting second and going on to earn his first win of the 2018 season during the series’ first stop at the Richmond facility back in April.
