Ryan Preece will make his 13th start of the 2018 season for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). For his 17th-career start with JGR in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), Preece will be behind the wheel of the No. 18 Rheem Toyota Camry. Preece started outside the top-10 in early April but was able to move through the field and record a fifth-place finish at TMS.

The NASCAR XFINITY Series rolled into Kansas Speedway for the Kansas Lottery 300 and the start of the Round of 8 Playoffs on Saturday. After qualifying 2nd, Christopher Bell and his Rheem team were in a lap one accident when another competitor got loose, relegating them to a 37th-place finish.

Ryan Preece was able to adapt quickly, learning all 17 corners of the new layout. Preece would qualify his Rheem machine in the 10th position.

The NASCAR XFINITY Series was at Richmond Raceway for the first race of the seven-race Playoffs. Christopher Bell and his Rheem team earned their fourth pole of the season. Bell grabbed the lead with 13 laps remaining and never looked back taking home his fifth win of the season.

Following 26 races, the 2018 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) playoffs begin on Friday night at Richmond Raceway. Seeded second heading into the first of seven races to crown a champion, Christopher Bell and his Rheem team will look to kick off their championship run on a high note. Bell will be making his third series start at the 0.75-mile track on Friday, after starting second and going on to earn his first win of the 2018 season during the series’ first stop at the Richmond facility back in April.

The DC Solar 300 took place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday September 15th at 5:00pm EST. The Rheem Toyota Camry failed to make a qualifying attempt due to the car not passing tech in time. Ryan Preece was then slotted in the 34th position to start the race.
