Austin Dillon will pilot Chassis No. 160 in the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This is a new Chevrolet Camaro that will be utilized for the first time this weekend. Dillon, the 2013 NASCAR XFINITY Series champion, has made two XFINITY Series appearances at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, posting a pair of top-10 finishes (sixth after starting fourth in March 2013 and seventh after starting third in March 2012).

Despite battling a tight-handling Chevrolet for the majority of the 130-lap event, Ty Dillon finished second at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Dillon started from the 14th position and immediately reported a tight-handling Chevrolet to the No. 33 Rheem team. Under caution on lap 17, crew chief Shane Huffman called the young driver to pit road for right-side tires, fuel and a chassis adjustment propelling Dillon into the top-five for the ensuing restart.

Richard Childress Racing’s Austin Dillon marked his return to regular competition in the NASCAR XFINITY Series with a pole award and a fourth-place finish in the No. 33 Rheem Chevrolet Camaro at Daytona International Speedway. The 2013 XFINITY Series Champion led the 40-car field to the green flag after earning his 11th-career pole award earlier in the day. Dillon and his Rheem racing team spent the first half of the race running solidly in the top-10 in a race that featured two- and three-wide pack racing.
