The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) heads home to the Queen City for the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) on May 16. Four-time NCWTS champion Ron Hornaday Jr. will make his 10th-career start at the mile-and-a-half quad-oval track in hopes of scoring his third-career win at the facility.

Ron Hornaday Jr. finished eighth for Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) at Kansas Speedway on a wild Friday night of racing in the nation’s heartland. The four-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) champion started the weekend out strong in the No. 30 Rheem Comfort Products Chevrolet, finishing 10th in the first practice session and 13th in final practice on Thursday. Four-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) champion Ron Hornaday Jr. will make his fourth-career start for Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) in Friday night’s shootout at Kansas Speedway. The 55-year-old veteran is no stranger to success at the Kansas City track, having nine starts with one win, three poles, three top fives and six top 10s to his credit.

James Buescher and the Rheem team came into the second restrictor-plate race of the season looking to redeem themselves after Daytona. While leading the charge from the high lane, Buescher was making a bid for the lead when he received a bump on his left-rear quarter panel. That bump sent the No. 99 Rheem Toyota Camry spinning directly in front of the 40-car field.

After posting the team’s first top-10 of the season at Richmond last weekend, James Buescher and the Rheem team look to keep the momentum rolling at Talladega Superspeedway. This week’s race at Talladega marks the second of three superspeedway races on the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) Schedule. At the first superspeedway race in Daytona, Buescher was running solidly inside the top-five when he received a pass-through penalty.

After sitting out nearly a three-hour rain delay, the Toyota Care 250 finally got underway late Friday evening. Dealing with heavy fog and uncertain weather, James Buescher and the No. 99 Rheem team rolled off the grid in the 15th position. Buescher wasted no time on the races initial start and moved up a couple positions to 12th place. On lap five that the race saw its first of five yellow flags for a wreck entering Turn 3.

After a cut left-front tire spoiled the No. 99 RAB Racingteams chances for their first top-10 of the season at Darlington Raceway, the Rheem team comes to Richmond regrouped and looking to string together some solid results. James Buescher started in the 22nd position for the Sport Clips 200 at Darlington Raceway. Looking to tame the 1.366-mile oval Buescher quickly drove up inside the top-15 within the first quarter of the scheduled 147-lap event. It was just past the halfway mark on Lap 75 that Buescher and the No. 99 Ruud Camry suffered a cut left-front tire in close-quarters racing and as a result sent Buescher to the outside retaining wall.

Coming off the team’s third top-15 of the season, James Buescher and the No. 99 Ruud team will try to tame “The Lady In Black” Darlington Raceway. Buescher has two previous NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) starts at the 1.366-mile oval,in those two starts Buescher recorded one top-10.

April 4th, 2014 – Texas Motor Speedway
Advancing to the final round of knockout qualifying for the third week in a row, James Buescher and the RAB Racing, No. 99 Rheem team started in the 11th position for the O’Reilly’s Auto Parts 300 Friday night. When the green flag released the 40-car field, Buescher quickly moved up in the running order to the eighth running spot. It was on lap nine however that Buescher first radioed to the Rheem crew that his Toyota Camry was loose on both ends of the 1.5-mile Speedway.
