Welcome Back: Following a two-week break, Christopher Bell and the No. 20 Rheem team return to the track this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Alsco 300. Bell will be making his second-career series start at the Concord, NC facility on Saturday afternoon after starting seventh and finishing fourth in his first-career NXS series start at the 1.5-mile facility last May.
Dover Recap: Christopher Bell and the Rheem-Comcast Salute Service team rolled into Dover International Speedway two weeks ago for their first stop of the 2018 season and the one-mile speedway. After starting 34th, Bell would overcome a pit road penalty and cross the finish line fourth, earning his sixth top-five finish of the 2018 season.
Points Update: With 10 races in the books, Bell and the Rheem team currently sit third in the points standings behind Elliot Sadler and Tyler Redick. However, by virtue of his win at Richmond, Bell and his team have all but secured a spot in the 2018 Xfinity Series Playoffs.
Joe Gibbs Racing at Charlotte: JGR has 90 NXS starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway and has earned eight wins, 35 top-five and 52 top-10 finishes. The championship-winning organization has won five pole awards with an average start of 10.9 and an average finish of 12.1.
RACE INFO: The Alsco 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway begins at 1:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 26, 2018. The race will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1, Sirius XM 90, and PRN Radio.

From the Cockpit
“I’m really excited to get back on the track and behind the wheel of my Rheem Camry this weekend in Charlotte. While the break was nice, I’ve really missed being at track and racing every weekend. Charlotte is really fun track to drive and a place that I really like to race. We tested there a few weeks ago, and I think my team and I learned a lot that we can carry over to the weekend. I’m looking forward to putting on a great show on Saturday afternoon for Rheem, the fans and all of our family members that will be in attendance this weekend.”
