Coming off a 16th-place finish in the season opening event at Daytona International Speedway, James Buescher and the RAB Racing No. 99 Rheem team will shift their focus to the one-mile tri-oval of Phoenix International Raceway (PIR). Buescher has six career starts at PIR in the NNS with the last start coming in 2012.

I’m looking forward to getting back behind the wheel a Nationwide car at Phoenix. It’s been a couple years since the last time I’ve gotten the opportunity to do so. I’ve had some up-and-down times on the old configuration of Phoenix, but I feel like the new layout really suits my style of driving. My Rheem team had a strong run going last week, we’re going to take that momentum and look to come out firing out of the box this weekend. - James Buescher
