Ryan Preece / No. 18 Rheem Toyota Camry Preview O’Reilly Auto Parts 300 at Texas Motor Speedway

Preece at Texas Motor Speedway: Ryan Preece will make his 13th start of the 2018 season for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). For his 17th-career start with JGR in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), Preece will be behind the wheel of the No. 18 Rheem Toyota Camry. Preece started outside the top-10 in early April but was able to move through the field and record a fifth-place finish at TMS.

We are in a really good spot to make a push for the Owner’s Championship final four with two races left in this round.

JGR at Texas Motor Speedway: Joe Gibbs Racing has a total of 83 starts at TMS. Of those 83 starts, JGR has 11 wins, seven poles, 32 top-five finishes, 54 top-10 finishes, an average start of 10.7 and an average finish of 10.7. Kyle Busch and Erik Jones hold all victories at Texas for JGR in the NXS.

This Week on the No. 18: This week the No. 18 Rheem Toyota Camry will be on display for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 300. This will be the eighth time that Rheem will be the primary sponsor of the No. 18 Toyota Camry for Preece this season.

Upcoming Schedule: Preece is scheduled to run the remainder of the 2018 season with Rheem represented as the primary sponsor of his No. 18 Toyota. The final two races of the season following Texas will take place at ISM Raceway and Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Ryan Preece: “We are in a really good spot to make a push for the Owner’s Championship final four with two races left in this round. The car we had in Kansas may have been the best we have had all season so looking forward to having another fast Camry this weekend. With three races left, we need to do everything we can to get this Rheem Toyota back in victory lane again.”
