Plumbers joined us for a livestream teardown and training on our Rheem® ProTerra® Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater with new features. We set up our livestream at TE Certified in Kennesaw, Georgia and hosted their team in person and over 100 plumbers online. It was a session to get into the details and answer plumbers’ questions about heat pump water heaters. Tim House, Plumber Support Manager, shared everything.
